We would need to talk about your requirements and agree on a quote tailored to your needs. Asking How much do you charge? without describing a particular problem is like asking How much is a car?  Depends on what kind of a car: new or second hand, how old, its make, extras, etc.  In case of presentation slides, e.g. do you have or need the following items, or do you expect them to be designed for you:

• Do you have your brand logo, colour palette, fonts and brand guidelines or brand Style Guide defined? (UWL example) 
• Do you have a presentation template? 
• Do you have all the content for your event already on your slides? 
• Have you done all the research, or would you like me to continue what you started? 
• Do you have any resources that I would use to complete your project, or do we need to create them first (e.g. icons)? 
• Do you have bespoke images (photos taken by your photographer, at your premises, of your staff or equipment; like NATS on Flickr) or do you want me to use stock photos? (Not recommended - anyone can use the same stock photos, including other presenters at the same event.)

My rates depend on: 

• the kind and amount of work that needs to be done
• extra resources needed (images, fonts...)
• who the client is: an individual, a charity, a world-leading ANSP
• other factors, like a reasonable timescale - this business in NOT called Mayday Solutions ;) 

Upfront payment

50% of the price is payable upfront. The rest is payable before delivery. 

Revisions

I offer two revisions up to 30 days after delivery. If the client needs frequent revisions due to e.g. changing numbers of employees, their quarterly or annual revenue, new partnerships or awards result in new logos to be added to the presentation, etc., this would be more suitable for an ongoing or permanent contract, e.g. an update once a month or a quarter.

Alternatives

1. There is a portal called Fiverr where people from other countries than the UK are prepared to work for modest prices. Their cost of living may be very different, they may not have a degree in aviation, Microsoft Office Specialist certificates, nor be members of the Presentation Guild. There may be queues and full price is payable upfront. 
2. On the opposite end of the spectrum, there is Nancy Duarte's team who was updating Al Gore's slides with localised content for regional audiences as he travelled the world with his presentations about climate change that led to the Academy Award winning movie An Inconvenient Truth. Duarte's team did research and converted raw data into compelling images and stats. They presented several variations to Mr Gore to select the most convincing imagery together.
